February 27th \u2013 March 2nd, 2014, Kampnagel Hamburg<\/strong>

Antje Pfundtner in Gesellschaft used the GERMAN DANCE PLATFORM 2014 as an occasion to examine common cultures of discourse about performance and to test practices and methods of reflecting and remembering with the platform\u2019s guests. In this format, which is based on the exchange of experience and knowledge, the guests are the archive. How \u2013 and from what perspective \u2013 do they talk about what they have seen? And what echo do they produce with their opinions?

The \u201eARCHIV DER AUFF\u00dcHRUNGEN\u201c is concentrated on the use and distribution of performances beyond the market-determining methods of seeing, storing and classifying. It explores the political implications of an international fair of experts and audiences and is interested in the sensibilities and economies of such gazes as they join together.

In addition to the offer of different communicative practices \u2013 in the form of dialogues, workshops and an audio trail \u2013 the archive has invited the international performing arts MA program DasArts from Amsterdam to present its highly recognized FEEDBACK method at the DANCE PLATFORM. FEEDBACK was developed as a structuring, collective process of exchange for large groups in order to offer an optimally differentiated and productive feedback to artistic works. At the GERMAN DANCE PLATFORM, some of these formats will be presented and tested.
